The season-opening event was preceded by a lot of hard work. We cleared away the massive flood damage and created new, colourful, photogenic, separated spaces. When designing the gastronomic change, the main focus was to meet real customer needs, but also to keep up with new street food trends. Dance nights and live music are back, and we have organised fun activities for children. Our aim is to make everyone feel like they are on holiday at the Rowing, the company's marina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the kitchen, the most important thing is the feedback from the guests, so that they are always more satisfied! Whole new dishes have been created and this has set the path to follow. A combination of Rowing Beer Garden tradition and modern street food created<\/strong>, which doesn't scare away those who have been coming here for 10-20-30 years, but also offers them subtle new things that they can embrace. Environmental awareness also plays an important role in renewal: <\/strong>biodegradable packaging, fresh salads in a cup, quick service and minimal waste will be a feature of everyday life.
